Below is our Refunds Policy: No Refunds on Completed Tattoos Due to the nature of our work, all tattoos are considered final once the session has been completed. We do not offer refunds for services rendered, as tattoos are permanent art forms. Deposits A deposit is required when booking your tattoo appointment. This deposit secures your spot in our schedule and is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. We will apply your deposit to a rescheduled appointment, provided that the change is made within a reasonable time frame. Tattoo Touch-Ups If your tattoo requires a touch-up due to fading or issues related to our work (such as linework or shading imperfections), we will gladly provide this service free of charge within 6 months after the initial appointment. After this period, a fee may apply for touch-ups. Cancellation or Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. A failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your deposit. Design Changes If you decide to make changes to your design after the consultation, we will work with you to adjust it. However, if the changes significantly alter the scope of work, additional charges may apply. Please make sure you’re happy with the design before we proceed with inking. Dissatisfaction with Design or Service We work closely with each client to ensure satisfaction with the design before starting the tattoo. If you are dissatisfied with your tattoo for any reason, we encourage you to reach out to us immediately. We will discuss potential solutions, including touch-ups or minor adjustments, to ensure you are happy with the final result.
