DMCA Notice

DMCA Takedown and Counter-Notice Process In the event that we receive a valid DMCA takedown request, we will remove the content in question in compliance with copyright law. To ensure fairness, we may provide the details of the DMCA notice, including the complainant’s contact information, to the alleged infringer. If you believe your content was removed in error, you can submit a counter-notice. This counter-notice must include: A description of the removed content and its previous location. Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. A sworn statement under penalty of perjury, confirming that the removal was a mistake. A declaration agreeing to legal proceedings and accepting service of legal documents. Your signature, either physical or electronic. Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the complainant pursues legal action.
